About Role

We are looking for a creative and professional graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a good eye for detail, and be able to transform ideas into visually appealing illustrations. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and visual assets to increase our brand's visibility and effectively engage our audience.

Role

• Design and create social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials, in line with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Develop original and innovative designs that communicate complex concepts and information effectively, while maintaining aesthetic appeal and usability.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communication efforts.
• Ensuring consistency in the organization's brand identity across all design materials, including adherence to brand guidelines in terms of color schemes, typography, logos, and imagery.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
• Using graphic design to effectively communicate narratives and stories that resonate with the target audience, whether it's through illustrations, comics, or multimedia presentations.
• Liaising with print vendors to ensure that printed materials are produced to high quality standards and delivered on time, while also optimizing designs for print specifications and cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually.
• Experience in the education sector or related fields is a plus point.
• Degree in the related field is a plus
