About Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced individual to become the Country Manager for Bizz Educational Consultancy and join our team. In your position as the Country Manager, you will be in charge of managing every aspect of our operations in Nepal, promoting growth, maintaining connections with students, and making sure that our services and programmes are successful.

Role
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence and market share in Nepal.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs that meet the needs and expectations of the students.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Nepali language(s) and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
