About Role

Are you enthusiastic about developing memorable brand experiences and driving new promotional strategies?  We are searching for a visionary Head of Branding and Promotion to drive the brand identity, manage promotional activities, and increase our awareness in the international education market, particularly among students wishing to study in the United Kingdom. 

In this leadership role, you will oversee designing and implementing branding strategies, managing promotional partnerships, and ensuring consistent message across all channels.  Your skills will have a significant impact on how students and partners view and engage with our consultancy.

Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that are consistent with our mission and growth objectives.
  • Manage the strategy and implementation of marketing initiatives using both digital and offline platforms.
  • Manage all promotional operations, including social media, digital advertising, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand message across all platforms and areas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maximize outreach.
  • Identify market trends and competition strategies to better position our brand.
  • Create and lead a vibrant branding and promotional team.
  • Represent the company at educational events, expositions, and organizational meetings as needed.
  • Create and manage a branding budget to ensure cost-effective campaign implementation.
  • Taking care of all the activities within the company and leading a team to ensure a smooth conversion. 
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or similar jobs, ideally in the education, consulting, or service industries.
  • A master’s degree in marketing, brand management, business, communication, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven experience directing large-scale promotional campaigns and team leadership.
  • Excellent creative concept and attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and brand positioning.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and must be flexible on timings. 
  • Ability to go to the market and convince on branding and promotions, must be able to take initiate activities.
