About Role
With direction from the Operation Head, this role is to provide effective professional support for the University Partnerships strategy and operational objectives meeting the goal of the company. The role requires exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across a diverse set of audiences, as well as negotiation and influencing skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, target-driven, and a strong team player with a flexible approach to work.

Role
Recruitment
- To be the strategic lead for Recruiting students, and wok on targets making the best use of the team.
- To own and drive the strategy for recruitment for UK in Nepal, in consultation with the Team and experts.
- To ensure each Team Member within the team achieves or exceeds their own individual target.
- To work with colleagues in Admissions, conversion & counselling to ensure that the tasks are completed on time in an organized way and to drive the maximum conversion rate through advanced planning.
- To work with colleagues in Marketing to ensure relevant marketing materials needed for the recruitment are produced in a timely manner and that any planned events are launched in time to deliver targets and maintain the partnerships.
- To build effective working relationships with the Colleges and University Partners to deliver collaborative recruitment activities to achieve enrolment targets.
- To be fully conversant with the admissions criteria, policies, and procedures to ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant
- To attend recruitment events and advise/counsel students
- Any other such duties are to be completed as per the requirements of the company.

Requirements
Education and Qualifications
- Educated to a minimum of Master’s degree level (Degree in a business or marketing-related subject)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge and Experience
- Significant experience in related filed is preferrable.
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes in the international education sector
- Excellent knowledge of this field and its market trends
- Good knowledge of consultation
