What are the required documents for the NOC?
To apply for NOC in Nepal, the following documents are required:
- Passport
- Offer letter/I-20/LOA/ Acceptance Letter
- Scholarship documents (if applicable)
- Recent Academic Certificates and transcripts
- Passport sized photograph
- IELTS/PTE certificate

How to get the NOC?
To collect the No Objection Certificate (NOC), follow these procedures:
- Gather the listed documents above.
- Download the form from the https://noc.moest.gov.np/ or obtain it by visiting the MOEST office in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. Alternatively, fill out the form with the required information.
- Verify the documents by checking Windows number 3 at the MOEST office.
- Submit the documents to Window 4 and receive a token number.
- Finally, to collect the NOC from Windows 6,
The document can be collected in one day physically.

The process for applying the NOC online form is as follows:
1. First, visit https://noc.moest.gov.np/ and enter your number; then you will receive the OTP.
2. Enter the OTP
3. Enter the password
4. Verify your email
5. Enter the details of Citizenship after completing the email verification and complete the process.
6. Now enter the passport detail
7. Now you have to complete the following process
8. Application form should be filled out as required
9. After completing process 8 you will receive the application number.
