Role
- Create and implement HR strategies and activities that are aligned with the broader company objectives.
- Manage the recruiting and selection process to attract, employ, and keep top personnel.
- Manage staff onboarding, training, and development initiatives to promote growth and productivity.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and corporate regulations.
- Address employee complaints and address workplace issues to keep the atmosphere positive.
- Monitor and enhance performance assessment procedures to ensure fairness and alignment with objectives.
- Plan and implement staff engagement programs, such as team-building exercises and social gatherings.
- Maintain and update all HR policies, procedures, and paperwork.
- Give advice to management on HR concerns and strategic decisions.
- Keep up with HR trends, policies, and regulation to guarantee best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a similar discipline (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar position for upto 5 years.
- Solid understanding of job regulations, employment procedures, and HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a private and professional manner.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR applications and Microsoft Office tools.
- A strong desire to create and sustain an inclusive working atmosphere.
