Role
  • Create and implement HR strategies and activities that are aligned with the broader company objectives.
  • Manage the recruiting and selection process to attract, employ, and keep top personnel.
  • Manage staff onboarding, training, and development initiatives to promote growth and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and corporate regulations.
  • Address employee complaints and address workplace issues to keep the atmosphere positive.
  • Monitor and enhance performance assessment procedures to ensure fairness and alignment with objectives.
  • Plan and implement staff engagement programs, such as team-building exercises and social gatherings.
  • Maintain and update all HR policies, procedures, and paperwork.
  • Give advice to management on HR concerns and strategic decisions.
  • Keep up with HR trends, policies, and regulation to guarantee best practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a similar discipline (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar position for upto 5 years.
  • Solid understanding of job regulations, employment procedures, and HR systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a private and professional manner.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR applications and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A strong desire to create and sustain an inclusive working atmosphere.
