Role

• Assist in creating and executing business plans to meet revenue and growth goals.   
• Assist in ensuring efficiency and compliance to corporate standards by supervising day-to-day activities.
• Establish and preserve strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and educational institutions.
• To ensure outstanding achievement and motivation, assist in managing, and become a part of the team.
• Assist in keeping an eye on competition activity and market trends.
• Assist in conformity to business rules and guidelines.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events on behalf of the business, prepare meeting minutes and share it with the team.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education, business management, or a similar discipline.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to fulfill deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package and CRM applications.
• Having interest in strong leadership quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents, students, and other stakeholders.
