Role
- Create and execute business plans to meet revenue and growth goals.
- Ensure efficiency and compliance to corporate standards by supervising day-to-day activities.
- Establish and preserve strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and educational institutions.
- To ensure outstanding achievement and motivation, manage, mentor, and lead the team.
- To find growth prospects, keep an eye on competition activity and market trends.
- Verify conformity to business rules and guidelines.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events on behalf of the business.
- Manage the team, evaluate them and prepare reports of the staff's performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in education, business management, or a similar discipline (a master's degree is preferred).
- At least five years in a managing position, ideally in the consulting or educational fields.
- Shown ability to lead teams and achieve company success.
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the field of education, particularly the procedures for student admissions and visas.
- The ability to fulfill deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package and CRM applications.
