Role

• Oversee the whole admissions process, from inquiry to student onboarding, to ensure speed and quality service delivery.
• Establish and maintain good connections with students, parents, and universities to build trust and involvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to improve student recruitment and plan events like webinars.
• Manage the admissions staff by providing leadership, encouragement, and training to achieve top performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to help shape plans and enhance the admissions process.
• Maintain conformity with institutional policies and procedures.
• Maintain correct admissions records and submit frequent management reports.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in  business administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in admissions or student recruiting, ideally in the educational field for upto 5 years.
• Effective engagement with students, parents, and stakeholders requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to assess data and create data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Experience with admissions management systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to operate under pressure and fulfill deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
