About Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the university admissions process, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine desire to assist students succeed. The Admission Officer will assist students with their applications, and provide guidance throughout the admissions process.

Role
  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for students.
  • Keeping the CRM well-organized and up to date with the most recent information.
  • Submit applications of students to different universities.
  • Manage the document preparation process, including gathering transcripts, recommendation letters, CV, Statement of Purpose, Work Experience and English Language Qualification.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the admission process, including application preparation, essay writing, and interview preparation.
  • Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application status, and communication history.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing materials and promotional strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, admission policies, and educational programs to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree of +2
  • Strong knowledge of university admission requirements, application procedures, and standardized tests.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
